Prof. Dr. Carlos Ferreira

UFOP professor and researcher, he holds a PhD in Computer Science from UFMG and a dual degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Italy. His background combines engineering, communications, and computing to support predictive models, supervised learning, and Data Science solutions applied to real-world problems. He works in data mining, complex network analysis, and Industry 4.0 projects, and served as a visiting professor at the University of Trieste in 2024.
