Admission Process

Ranking-based and eliminatory in two stages:

Ranking-based Eliminatory Results by classification

Weight 40%

Minimum of 60 points to continue.

Motivation letter submitted during the application to demonstrate interest, fit, and goals related to the specialization.

Format

Up to 2 pages, Arial or Times New Roman 12, 1.5 line spacing, and 2.5 cm margins.

Submission

Signed PDF submitted during the application.

Evaluation

Writing clarity, justification of interest, and alignment with the program's goals.

Scoring

Score from 0 to 100 points.

Weight 60%

Minimum of 60 points for approval.

Curriculum analysis focusing on academic background, professional trajectory, and fit with the program profile.

Format

Updated curriculum vitae including education, experience, and relevant output.

Submission

Submitted during the application process for document review.

Evaluation

Undergraduate and graduate education, experience in Data Science, Technology, Statistics, and Engineering, technical courses, and scientific output.

Scoring

Score from 0 to 100 points.

Final ranking

The final ranking is defined by the weighted average of the two stages.

In the event of a tie, the higher curriculum score prevails.

If the tie remains, the older applicant prevails.
